          or a min $1000 outside Merced County)

  • Option 3: All inclusive service which includes Rentals with Business Setup/Takedown and/or Coordination (starts at $4,000). 

DAY OF COORDINATING (*starting at $2000)

This package is ideal for those who have done the hard work of planning their event but would like to sit back and enjoy their day hassle free while the coordinator executes their vision. (Only included as an add on with Option #3)

PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING (*starting at $1500)

For those that enjoy planning the details but would like guidance and assistance. This package can include creating a timeline, vendor recommendations, layout and design services, and more.

​FULL EVENT PLANNING (*starting at $4000)

From the initial appointment to the day of your event, complete management of event planning will be provided to you with ongoing support. This is perfect for those that want full assistance in budgeting, venue and vendor selection, venue visit, design /styling, event timeline, scheduled meetings (phone & in-person), and includes day of coordination. Starting price does not include Rentals.


We also offer a la carte services such as additional In-Person Meetings, Day of Assistants, Bride's Attendant, Rehearsal, Timeline Creation, Design Meetings, Site Visit, and proposal planning.
